What does “Engineered Solution” really mean?

It simply means that a challenge requires a solution with all aspects considered, in order to achieve the required successful outcome.

This example “challenge” was for a client that had completed a new energy centre and received the unfortunate news that they must reduce their NOx Emissions in order to obtain a permit to run. Agriemach were presented with a finished Energy Centre with no space consideration for any of the required equipment – so we did what we do best and engineered a solution!

The solution enabled the client to have our retro-fit NOxMASTER SCR System with Integrated Silencing, along with Exhaust Gas Heat Recovery all built into a design that fit into the available space; while also engineering the system to keep the backpressure under the maximum allowable for the CHP leaving room for operational exhaust fouling.
