Agriemach offer a full range of Chalwyn Valves and Spark Arrestors for any internal combustion engine. All of our Chalwyn Valves and Spark Arrestors are supplied complete with a Certificate of Conformity, and are sized to your specific engine requirements.

Chalwyn Valves provide Emergency Over-speed Shutdown Protection for engines in situations where a fuel source can be found in the ambient air. This is an uncontrolled fuel source which provides more fuel to the engine via the air intake, and in turn forces the engine to over-speed. The Chalwyn Valve begins to close as the engine speed increases and will completely close, shutting off the air intake altogether in order to starve the engine from any further oxygen required for combustion.

Boasting Ministry of Defence Approval and being the easiest spark arrestor to fit on the market today; there is no other choice for a simple retro-fit solution. Within our range of Exhaust Spark Arrestors we offer the optional Resonator Adaption which adds exceptional silencing to our standard units. Our replacement silencer spark arrestors are extremely effective and prove very popular in applications where space for traditional larger silencer replacement just isn’t possible. Our combined silencer spark arrestors are compact, quiet and fit almost any application where sound attenuation is also critical, with the added benefit of being available the very next day.
