Agriemach Celebrates 50 Years in business!

This year Agriemach Ltd celebrates 50 years in business! That is worth celebrating!!

Will there be a party to celebrate? You bet there will……but let’s wait for some warmer weather. More to follow….

In the meantime and once a month for the rest of 2026 we will be sharing photos and brief descriptions of the journey to this wonderful 50 year milestone.

Kick starting photo No.1 is of course the man who built the business all those years ago - Mr George Kallmann - who incidentally also celebrated a milestone 80th Birthday a few months back! So many celebrations!

Customers & Suppliers ask about the business name - what does it mean? Agriemach Ltd is simply made up from the words “Agricultural Machinery” as the UK business first started as a dealer for International Harvester. This was from the success of Trans Continental Supplies; a business George built from the ground up in Zambia serving the sugar estates, forestry commission and commercial farmers, before moving to the UK with his wife and first born.
