NOxMASTER™ SCR | Datacentre Retro-Fit | A Walking Tour

Sometimes a video offers more than a photo – here is a walking tour from one of our recent installations for a Datacentre client. Agriemach were selected as the chosen partner to support our client for this NOxMASTER™ SCR Retro-Fit onto the roof of the datacentre. The scope of supply consisted of: • NOx Reduction to 150mg/Nm3@5%O2 • Silencing to 60dB(A)@1m. • Specially engineered steel deck to support all of the 4x new exhaust systems • Bespoke insulation with a touch temperature of 40ºC and added acoustic damping • A specially designed 3-into-1 manifold section to bring the exhaust gas to roof level • Day tanks located at roof level automatically filled from the bulk tank at ground level by our NOxMASTER™ automated AdBlue transfer system Engineered solutions – its what we do! NOxMASTER™ SCR for Data Centres | 2.4MWe

Further commissioning was completed at the end of last week for our NOxMASTER™ Selective Catalytic Reduction Systems fitted to these 2.4MWe diesel generators. The NOxMASTER™ SCR Systems were engineered for our client to achieve a NOx reduction of 98% with integrated silencing down to 75dB(A)@1m. The NOx emitted from these diesel generators is now less than 86 mg/Nm3@5%O2 – fuelled by EN590 low sulfur diesel. As all NOxMASTER™ SCR Systems can be customised for our clients, this particular installation required a remote touchscreen HMI to be installed near to the generator access doors away from the SCR dosing system. Thanks to the flexibility of our systems, this was no problem whatsoever. All systems were skid mounted and assembled off site to reduce installation activities upon arrival – where the modular system linked together to create one large access deck. NOxMASTER™ SCR Commissioning | 3.6MW Diesel Generators | Data Centre

Commissioning has successfully concluded for the newly installed NOxMASTER™ Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system on two 3.6MW diesel generators at a data centre near London. Agriemach’s emissions team was tasked with engineering a comprehensive solution to achieve NOx emissions compliance with MCPD limits of 190mg/Nm³ @ 15% O₂, alongside integrated silencing functionality to 65 dB(A) @ 1 metre. Our site teams managed the full scope of installation - from mechanical assembly (nuts, bolts, gaskets) and field signal cabling to AdBlue injection lines, containment, and full integration with the site's Building Management System (BMS) via customised Modbus IP settings.
