NOxMASTER™ SCR for Data Centres | 2.4MWe

Further commissioning was completed at the end of last week for our NOxMASTER™ Selective Catalytic Reduction Systems fitted to these 2.4MWe diesel generators.

The NOxMASTER™ SCR Systems were engineered for our client to achieve a NOx reduction of 98% with integrated silencing down to 75dB(A)@1m.

The NOx emitted from these diesel generators is now less than 86 mg/Nm3@5%O2 – fuelled by EN590 low sulfur diesel.

As all NOxMASTER™ SCR Systems can be customised for our clients, this particular installation required a remote touchscreen HMI to be installed near to the generator access doors away from the SCR dosing system. Thanks to the flexibility of our systems, this was no problem whatsoever.

All systems were skid mounted and assembled off site to reduce installation activities upon arrival – where the modular system linked together to create one large access deck.
