Sales & Marketing Assistant
Agriemach Ltd are seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant for an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and enthusiastic sales team, recognised for products such as Exhaust Gas After-treatment Technology, Bespoke Heat & Sound Insulation Materials, Exhaust Spark Arrestors, Industrial Engine Air Precleaners, Fuel Polishing Systems and more. Reporting to the Sales Director this role will be to support the business in ensuring that our clients have a high quality experience when working with the business.
The applicant will be working at either the Copthorne or Uckfield Office - whichever is preferred by the applicant.
The Role:
- Managing databases to ensure that client information is dealt with effectively
- Ensuring that sales and marketing communications are regularly sent (email, social media and telephone)
- Account management to ensure good satisfaction levels and high quote conversion
- Cold calling to future clients and follow up of leads to secure appointments
- Booking appointments for the Business Development Manager
- Working with sales reps to identify opportunities and support them in order to carry out their duties
- General ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Preparation for exhibitions & Follow up of leads after an exhibition
