Environmental Product of the Year 2025 | NOxMASTER™ SCR
Last week a few members of our Emissions team headed north to the Lowry Hotel in Manchester for the AMPS Awards for Excellence 2025 – and what a night it was! Agriemach were not only shortlisted for “Project of the Year” but went on to WIN “Environmental Product of the Year” for our NOxMASTER™ SCR System. Generator Emissions Testing | Agriemach Ltd
Some members of the emissions team were treated to the bright lights of London last week while working late testing the emissions from a number of generators. Part of our emissions testing service is to sample the exhaust gas, post aftertreatment system, and report on exhaust gas toxins such as NO, NO2, NOx at requested O2 dilution reference, actual O2, CO, Temperature & backpressure – along with recording the speed at which an aftertreatment system reduces the NOx emissions in line with the customers permit conditions after the generator starts. NOxMASTER™ SCR | 3MW Diesel Power & Production Update
Production has shown no slow down for August this year as more of our NOxMASTER™ SCR “Plug & Play” skid mounted SCR Systems are making their way through for site delivery. Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD) emissions requirements are ongoing for our customer permits to run their generators and the Agriemach emissions team are providing solutions & support daily. Our production teams are working on a number of applications which include our NOxMASTER™ SCR Systems for a variety of different NOx Reduction Requirements, a selection of different operating profiles, exhaust gas temperatures, backpressure requirements, Raw NOx variants and many more application specific requirements – typically on space constraints! Our Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) & Silencer production lines are also busy with a variety of different customer requirements to meet Emissions Standards for their respective sites. Did you know Agriemach offer Diesel Particulate Filter integration to our exhaust gas aftertreatment solutions when requested? Aside from these larger “lean burn” diesel generators we also have our 3-way catalysts making their way through production for some stoichiometric natural gas applications. NOxMASTER™ SCR | Datacentre Retro-Fit | A Walking Tour
Sometimes a video offers more than a photo – here is a walking tour from one of our recent installations for a Datacentre client. Agriemach were selected as the chosen partner to support our client for this NOxMASTER™ SCR Retro-Fit onto the roof of the datacentre. The scope of supply consisted of: • NOx Reduction to 150mg/Nm3@5%O2 • Silencing to 60dB(A)@1m. • Specially engineered steel deck to support all of the 4x new exhaust systems • Bespoke insulation with a touch temperature of 40ºC and added acoustic damping • A specially designed 3-into-1 manifold section to bring the exhaust gas to roof level • Day tanks located at roof level automatically filled from the bulk tank at ground level by our NOxMASTER™ automated AdBlue transfer system Engineered solutions – its what we do! NOxMASTER™ SCR for Data Centres | 2.4MWe
Further commissioning was completed at the end of last week for our NOxMASTER™ Selective Catalytic Reduction Systems fitted to these 2.4MWe diesel generators. The NOxMASTER™ SCR Systems were engineered for our client to achieve a NOx reduction of 98% with integrated silencing down to 75dB(A)@1m. The NOx emitted from these diesel generators is now less than 86 mg/Nm3@5%O2 – fuelled by EN590 low sulfur diesel. As all NOxMASTER™ SCR Systems can be customised for our clients, this particular installation required a remote touchscreen HMI to be installed near to the generator access doors away from the SCR dosing system. Thanks to the flexibility of our systems, this was no problem whatsoever. All systems were skid mounted and assembled off site to reduce installation activities upon arrival – where the modular system linked together to create one large access deck.
