TAILPIPE CUTTER -   Easily cuts through pipes with exerting gripping pressure.  Cutting chain wraps around pipe and micrometer — type knurled handle is turned to apply pressure.  Features 14 carbide-cutting wheels with spacers for superior tracking.  For pipes from ¾” to 3” (19 mm — 76 mm).
